Reservation conditions

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation.
Where applicable, the special conditions take precedence over the general conditions.
General conditions (individual booking)

·        Between 7 and 2 days before arrival: 25% of the reservation.

·        Less than 48 hours before arrival: 1st night

Special conditions (Groups*)

·        Between 7 and 0 days: 100.00%

·        Between 21 and 8 days: 50.00%

·        More than 3 weeks: 100 EUR

(*) Groups: Any booking of 5 rooms or more

PAYMENTS

All our prices are for overnight stays including breakfast.
To confirm your reservation, we ask for your credit card details. This card will not be charged; it is a guarantee for your reservation. You will need to verify your credit card with your personal PIN code for security reasons and to confirm that you agree to the use of this credit card.
Changes to the invoice can be made until the moment of check-out. Unfortunately, the reservation system does not allow us to make any changes after check-out.
Every reservation made confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions as described on this page.
